1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an ndakuda account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're using the app for its intended purpose — meeting other people, not fraud, spam, or solicitation.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. One account per person — impersonating someone else, or creating fake or duplicate profiles, is not allowed.
3. Clubs & Verification
ndakuda is organized into clubs, each with its own description and requirements. To join a club, you'll submit a verification selfie, which is reviewed manually by our team before your profile becomes visible to other members. We reserve the right to reject an application, remove a member, or close a club at our discretion, including where eligibility requirements aren't met.
4. Membership Fees
Some clubs require a recurring membership fee, which varies by club and may differ by gender as shown in the app. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
When using ndakuda, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
- Solicit money, sell products or services, or scam other members.
- Share another member's photos, messages, or personal information outside the app without consent.
Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Content You Post
You retain ownership of the photos, bio, messages, and community posts you submit. By posting, you grant ndakuda a license to display that content within the app as necessary to operate the service (for example, showing your profile photo to other members).
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
8. Disclaimer
ndakuda helps you meet people but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member — even verified ones. Always use good judgment when meeting someone in person, and meet in public places, especially the first time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ndakuda is not liable for damages arising from your interactions with other members, on or off the platform.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of ndakuda after an update means you accept the revised terms.
